Quattro gravidanze sei figli ed un fisico da urlo. Lei è Tenille Duncan, una super mamma e personal trainer che sta scaldando il web. Tutti si chiedono come fa ad avere un fisico così tonico ed essere mamma di 6 figli? Si può. Basta allenarsi quotidianamente e prendersi cura del proprio corpo, proprio come fa lei. Tenille Duncan, 33 anni, australiana è una guru del fitness: “Il lavoro in palestra è come lavarsi i denti. La motivazione si esaurisce, è la disciplina che ti fa andare avanti“, scrive nelle didascalie delle sue foto.

La super mamma si allena sei giorni su sette dedicando 90 minuti alla palestra. Senza contare tutto l’impegno per “correre dietro” a sei figli. “È una fatica costante – spiega -. I ragazzi, normalmente, si alzano quando io finisco con la ginnastica. A quel punto preparo la colazione per tutti loro, li vesto per la scuola, mentre la sera cucino il pranzo del giorno dopo“. Il risultato però è straordinario. Tenille Duncan è un’autentica forza della natura e la sua pagina Instagram è seguita da quasi 5mila follower.

All the training and food prep, the organising and now posing practice all takes time, but I’m loving it. It’s what I want to do and I do get joy out of it. I get asked a lot why I’m doing it when I have so many kids to run around after. I want to show my kids that even if I’m already busy, even though I’m a mum to a lot of children, and I work, even though I could come up with a million reasons not to do it, I’m choosing to, because I want to achieve, to strive to get better and better and learn more and more and if you want something bad enough, you make the time. Looking through my news feed recently, it really hit me at how many products are constantly being thrown in our faces promising to make us look hotter than Miranda Kerr in the Sahara Dessert….. Then my stomach sank, because I don’t want to be just about that, and I really hoped that I didn’t come across to you that way. I think, if you are wanting to exercise to improve your appearance, that’s TOTALLY OK and you should. Being confident in your body is important. Please don’t work out for that sole reason though. Work out to be fitter, stronger and healthier in your body and mind. Work out for more energy and a better mood. I think it’s ok to have your ‘appearance’ goals, I certainly have them, and they can be a great motivational tool, just don’t let it consume you, it only leads to low self esteem. We are all different, you can be fit, healthy and confident at all different shapes and sizes (and at risk of sounding REALLY ‘mumsy’) its what’s on the inside that counts. Xxxx
